Before paying

When activated, check the recipient, amount, currency and fees on the provider-hosted checkout. Support is voluntary and is not described as a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Payment problems

For duplicate, unauthorized or mistaken payments, contact the published operator with the provider transaction reference, date and amount. Never send full card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. Statutory rights and payment-provider dispute processes remain available.

Policy completion

The operator must specify its refund request process and any applicable time limits before taking payments. Refund availability must not be described as guaranteed until those terms are adopted.
